TIPS TO HAVE HEALTHY HAIR

If your hair is frayed, dull, or damaged from the use of chemicals and dyes, right now you can start to get healthier hair. To get your hair looking healthy again, you can following tips.

Using Healthy Washing and Styling Habit

A necessary we should remember is we should not wash hair every single day. Why? Because this can dry hair out. When you wash hair every single day, you're washing away the oils which are produced by your scalp. The oils can keep your hair shiny and healthy. Wash your hair just three or four times a week is a true and necessary thing you should do. Wash your hair with cold water instead of washing with hot water because washing with hot water makes it hard on your hair, even it leads to split ends and frizz. In contrast, washing with cold water can make your hair shaft close, which results in shiny, and bouncy hair.

Using Healthy Products and Avoiding Damaging Treatments

Using the natural hair care products is an important things you should do.

Commercial hair care products promise to bring great results. However, they often consist of many ingredients which can dry out your hair and leave it looking dull and limp. You will surely see a difference right away when you switch to products which are made with herbs, oils, or creams.

Most shampoos are made with strong cleansers called sulfates stripping the natural oils from your hair and they make hair to get frizzy and frayed. The best solution for this is choosing a natural shampoo made with cleansing herbs and oils.

You should try using no shampoo at all for the least chemicals. Also, you had better avoid using styling products including a lot of chemicals with names you can barely pronounce.

Another important things you should remember to get healthy hair is trying to stay away from dyes and other permanent treatments. The chemicals in dye, chemical straighteners, bleach, and chemical curlers can damage your hair a lot if you use them too regularly.

A well-balanced diet with a lot of vitamin B, iron, protein, and omega-3s also contributes to making your hair stay as thick and healthy as possible. Because vitamin B is a good factor to keep hair thick and strong. It is easy for you to get enough vitamin B, you simply eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and nuts.
