7 WAYS ROSIE HUNTINGTON WHITELEY STAYS SUPER-MODEL FIT

In an interview to promote her new fitness collection named Autograph Active - Rosie Huntington Whitely, known as a well known actress, model, designer, revealed secrets to maintain her world-famous body.

1. She constantly mixes up her routine at the gym.

"I find that alternating work outs and mixing interval, low and high intensity training really helps," Rosie told. "I love to mix in Pilates and fun dance classes too."

2. She doesn't run. She skips!

If you're a type of busy person, try skipping instead of running. “I love it as it gets the heart rate up immediately and works out so many parts of your body. It's a great cardio alternative that also helps tone at the same time."

3. She never trains alone.

Rosie recommends finding a gym partner, trainer, or instructor who really inspires you and can help motivate you to go to the gym all mornings. It is quite important to hold on and firm your motivation, we all know that gym hour is really a tough challenge and a lot of people said “Give up”.

4. She never skips meals.

"Never miss meals for the sake of saving calories," she says. "Breakfast is really important for me and sets me up for the day." It is a valuable advice coming not only from Rosie but from various models as well. Those who don’t have breakfast could potentially be doing more harm to their bodies than good. When you are trying to lose weight, skipping breakfast may be more tempting.

5. She always eats before and after she works out.

Rosie usually goes for a high-protein breakfast before the gym, then drinks a fresh green smoothie after she works out. That's a green smoothieNot a green juice which is just fancy sugar water. If you want the full nutritional benefits of all those fruits and veggies, smoothies made with whole foods and no sugar added are the way to go.

6. She cooks for herself at home.

Rosie is not the type of person who prefer take-out or frozen food life. "I'm a real foodie but when I'm at home I try and cook very nutritious, organic and basic foods and when I'm out I'll enjoy myself, but try and make healthy choices."

7. She doesn't worry about "water weight."

Rosie always tries to drink 8 cups of water every day before lunch, especially if she has a lingerie shoot or red carpet event. "I try to avoid carbs [in those cases] and try to drink as much water as I can to keep hydrated."
